📘 The Complete Affiliate Training

Affiliate Marketing
Done Right

Thanks for checking out this training, which will show you 7 powerful ways to increase your sales and commission while promoting any affiliate product in any niche.

These are battle-tested methods I've used to generate hundreds of thousands in commissions and win affiliate contests.

⚠️ Before You Start

This Matters More Than You Think

Most affiliates fail before they even begin. Not because they picked the wrong offer — because of the four mistakes below.

⚠️

Most Affiliates Fail Because They:

  • Jump from product to product
  • Send one email and quit
  • Don't track anything
  • Don't give the promotion time to work

This page fixes that — but only if you actually follow it.

⚠️ Read This First

Affiliate Approval

We're very selective with approvals. That's not to make things difficult — it's to protect the brand, the conversions, and the affiliates who are serious.

Who We Approve

We're looking for affiliates who are actually going to promote.

  • Affiliates with a score of 60+
  • People we know through Facebook or our community
  • Active members in our groups
  • Customers (this is the biggest one)

Who We Do NOT Approve

We do not approve:

  • Random new accounts with no history
  • People asking for review access
  • Affiliates who clearly won't promote
⚡ The Fastest Way To Get Approved
👉 Buy The Product

When you buy, you immediately show intent, understand the product, and can create real content — proof of purchase, genuine reviews, real bonuses. That's how top affiliates operate.

🚫 No Review Access

This is important. We don't give review access. That model is outdated and abused.

The model that works today is simple:

Planning In Advance — Review, Ponder & Think Of Bonuses

Our most profitable promotions are the ones which we put the most thought into.

This does not necessarily mean more work, just planning better and thinking of a better strategy that will make the promotion a success.

In general, I'll plan out my promotion 2-3 weeks in advance and usually once per week, I'll decide to put together a review video and an exclusive bonus.

A few days before the launch goes live I'll be consistently thinking of the best way to present the product to my audience — keeping in mind, that everyone's list is different.

My list tends to like more advanced methods and products whereas other lists might prefer newbie related products, or be geared towards offline or consulting.

Once I've found the right angle — which can at times take minutes and other times I might need to ponder on it for a few days — I move on to the bonus. We'll talk about that more in Tip #3, but it's something that you can ponder on.

? Ask Yourself

  • What can you create as an exclusive bonus?
  • Which of your current products would be suitable as a bonus?
  • How can you deliver massive value making this a no-brainer purchase?

If you can answer all these questions BEFORE creating your bonus page and review video, everything else will fall into place very easily.

Now get that thinking cap on.

Affiliate Tip #2

Your First Mail Is Only A Warm Up

This is where a lot of people get it wrong or have been taught wrong in the first place.

Heck, I'm pretty sure I spent 6 years making the same mistake.

You pick an offer, you mail your subscribers and a few sales trickle in. You're seeing below $1.00 EPC and you're thinking your subscriber list is not into this offer.

Now, this is where you make the situation a lot worse and lose a lot of money.

You skip the evening mailing as you think the offer is not converting. You skip mailing your list the next day as this was also your set promotion. On the following day, you repeat it again with a different offer, many times getting the same result.

⚠️ The Hard Truth

So what you thought you were doing right, is actually affiliate marketing FAILURE.

👤 Now Let's Put You In The Subscriber's Seat

You emailed them a brand new offer that they knew nothing about and asked them to whip out their hard-earned cash and pay for it. You never followed up, so their only view is that it was not a good enough offer to remind them about.

So when you put yourself in the subscriber's seat it's easy to see why your promotion flopped.

So How Should It Be Done?

You email your subscribers informing them about the offer before it goes live and presell the offer.

Once the offer goes live, email everyone with details about your exclusive bonus.

You follow up in the evening reminding them about the offer, showing that you have confidence in the offer and that it will help them.

You continue to follow up with emails for 3-5 days pushing home all the selling points, answering questions about the offer, and reminding them that it's a limited time offer and your bonuses will be removed.

You push home the close faster than Usain Bolt with at least 3 emails on the final day.

A Solid All-Out Promotion
8 12 Emails

The result: A successful promotion, contest prizes and a tonne of commission.

Pick an offer, put in a solid effort, and stand behind it with confidence and bank.

It's more fun and easier to rinse and repeat this system than any other.

Affiliate Tip #3

Unique Bonuses And A Custom Page Work — But Only…

In Tip #5 we talk about the review video, but in this tip I want to talk about the bonuses you produce to YOUR list. Remember, every list is different and you should have an idea of what your list is most interested in.

  • It could be software and automation
  • It could be email marketing and affiliate marketing tips
  • It could be PLR and resale rights products

This is one of the reasons many product creators no longer produce bonus pages for their launches. They know and understand that a custom unique bonus page will deliver better results.

📘 Real Example From Me

My best results always came from a custom bonus report or training video. Take this report as an example — it took me 4 hours to write. If I used this report as a bonus for a product, no one else could compete with me if they really wanted the report. The only way to ever get the report would be to purchase the affiliate product from my link.

Years ago I created a very short report called "11 Questions To Success" as a bonus for an affiliate promotion. Years later we're including it as a bonus for our products and to build our list. Putting effort into creating content always pays off.

🔁 Don't Have Time To Create Something New?

Look back at everything you've created as a marketer — training videos, reports, software, masterclasses, etc. Everything you see can be used as a bonus.

Don't worry about your customers getting annoyed if you're giving it away as a bonus. It's common in our industry. If they have the products, they'll jump straight to check out the offer. If they only have some, chances are they'll be inclined to purchase the affiliate offer in order to access the rest.

The Truth About Stacking
3-5 GREAT Bonuses Beat 20-50 Average Ones

Stocking up a page with a bunch of PLR that you just downloaded, in general, does not help. You'd be better sending directly to the sales page in most cases.

But carefully selecting 3-5 bonuses that will help your subscribers get better results with the offer you're promoting will help you increase your results by 400%.

Again, proven and not just theory.

💡 Fastest Way To Build Bonuses

🎁 Bonus Builder AI creates bonus ideas instantly, builds full bonus pages, and generates supporting emails and posts. Instead of spending hours, you execute fast and still stand out. Stop skipping promos because the bonus took too long to build.

Mail Hard & Mail Often — My Killer Schedule

In Tip #2 I mentioned the importance of standing behind your promotion with confidence and sending between 8-12 emails for a solid promotion.

I've timed my emails so we're targeting people at various hours throughout the day regardless of what part of the world they live in. For our Project Restart launch, this would be my email schedule:

Day 1Wednesday, August 26th
As an affiliate on launch day, remember that you are competing with dozens of other affiliates. It's not always about the best bonus, but more about getting your email seen at the top of your subscribers' inbox when they go to check their email.
9:00 AM ESTOpening Email
3:00 PM ESTReminder Email
9:00 PM ESTEvening Email
Day 2Thursday, August 27th
We're into Day 2. Here's an example of what the numbers could look like. You have a list of 5,000 subscribers. At the end of Day 1, 1,000 opened the emails and 400 clicked the link. You end up with 40 sales. There are 4,960 people on your list who have not purchased the offer. There are 4,600 people who have not seen the offer and 360 interested and sitting on the fence. Each one of these groups can bring a lot more sales.
10:00 AM ESTFollow-up Reminder
6:00 PM ESTEmail Unopens or Email Everyone
Day 3Friday, August 28th
While selling on webinars, we noticed that to get the best results our FAQ at the end should be as long as the webinar presentation and the offer. 33% content, 33% offer, 33% Questions and Answers. Why? While we as marketers are looking for an angle to sell, people are looking for reasons not to buy. They have questions that need answering and objections that need discussing. This is the idea of the FAQ email.
12:00 PM ESTFAQ Email
10:00 PM ESTEmail Unopens or Email Everyone
Day 4Saturday, August 29th
Keeping the numbers in mind, chances are 99% of your list still hasn't purchased the offer. A large majority of those who checked it out are still sitting on the fence and most wait until the last day. Here's where you can see a nice spike in sales by adding an additional bonus to your offer. This also delivers more value to the people who already purchased.
12:00 PM ESTNew Bonus Added
10:00 PM ESTNew Bonus Added Reminder
Day 5Sunday, August 30th
Our Sunday evening emails have always performed the best, so now is a perfect time to get that email out.
5:00 PM ESTReminder Of New Bonus, FAQs & Offer
Day 6Monday, August 31st (Closing Day)
The closing day where there is a timer on the sales page and bonuses are being removed is a chance to increase your sales by at least 50%. If I sold 100 units in the first 4 days, I'm confident I can sell 50 more on the final day — usually being the deciding factor in who wins the contest. This will only happen if you stick to the schedule and use urgency in your emails.

12:00 PM ESTDon't Miss Out
8:00 PM EST4 Hours Left

📊 But Mailing Hard Without Tracking Is Half The Job

This schedule only pays off if you know which emails actually drove sales and which traffic sources converted. 📈 WP Conversion Tracker shows clicks, EPC, conversions, and GEO data — drops on any WordPress page in 4 minutes, no code, no Google Tag Manager. Turns guessing into decisions.

Affiliate Tip #5

Sending Directly Is Better Than A Bad Review Video

It's not my intention to offend anyone with this tip or try to be a smartass. My goal is to help you get better results.

Yes, of course, everyone should be improving their skills, and the best way to improve is practice. But when you have got an offer that is already an easy sell, which has already been produced by a professional marketing team and already includes bonuses, you can skip the bonus page and send directly to the sales page.

⚠️

Skip The Review Video If…

  • You can't produce a video with decent quality audio
  • You can't produce a video with decent lighting
  • You've got zero experience in making review videos

📚 Practice Mode

Practice more recording training videos. Improve your marketing. Learn copywriting. Learn more about what the marketplace wants.

🚀 When To Go All In

For those with experience doing review videos, who can produce an exclusive bonus, and/or have a list that regularly gets review/bonus videos — I highly recommend putting some solid effort into creating something special for the offers you plan to promote.

Affiliate Tip #6

The Beauty About Your Emails Not Being Opened

You blast out an email and it completely flops. It gets half the open rates compared to the previous email. You know straight away you're only going to earn 50% of what you'd normally earn in commission.

Sucks right? …Or does it?

I tend to look at the positive side of things and keep my mind on the numbers. The email flopped meaning a large percentage of my audience never saw the email or the offer.

The Solution Is Simple
Email Them Again… And Again… And Again

They never opened the email — chances are they never even saw it.

Change the subject. Modify the content. Change your email address if you wish. Email to unopens.

Once you're emailing unopens like this, you should not see any increase in unsubscriptions, you've less work to do, and you're getting your message in front of more people. You're sending your emails at different times with the goal of being at the top of the inbox when your subscriber checks their email.

So next time an email flops, smile, learn from it, press resend and you're back on track.

Affiliate Tip #7

Be Honest… They Love You!

Winning the affiliate contest with transparency.

They love you. They joined your list because they were curious or purchased your product, but they open your emails and click on your links because they love you, or at least have some sort of respect for you. :)

There is a trust and a bond there which should not be broken — and that's why I would only use this method once a year. But anytime I use it, it's legit and it works.

📅 The Setup

If you recall my killer email schedule in Tip #4 — after promoting the offer for 3 days, it's time to give it an extra boost by adding an additional bonus.

Here you can include details about the contest, and explain that this is one of the reasons you are pushing the offer so hard. Do so in a careful way.

📨 Here's An Angle You Can Use

"I'm now 3rd on the leaderboard stuck between top marketers which I really respect, and I want to thank everyone who purchased from my link.

This is a contest that I would love to win, it's an outstanding product and I'm going to ask for your help to make that happen.

To make the deal even better for you, I've added some additional bonuses. It's not often I do something like this, so don't miss out.

See My Review Page Here & Check Out The Extra Bonuses"

⚠️ The One Rule

Again, do not lie to your subscribers. Anyone can check out the leaderboard and keep up with the social media posts relating to the launch.

If you're the little guy taking on the big guys — they are rooting for you. If you're a big guy taking on another big guy — they are rooting for you as well.

If you use this method on the 2nd last day of the launch, you can continue to push it home in the closing emails.

8

Affiliate Tip #8 — Bonus

Use Paid Traffic

I'll save the best for last — and as a bonus for you.

The majority of times I win a big affiliate contest, I've always used paid traffic. But let's talk about free social traffic first.

Chances are you've got friends on your Facebook list interested in marketing. You might have a fan page, a Facebook group, a YouTube account and whatever else.

Most affiliates use their email list as the only source of traffic, which is what I call leaving a lot of money on the table.

📊 A Real Example

Some people will get much better results, others may be less, but here's an example.

Who does not want an extra 25% commission? It could be a deciding factor in the contest, but either way — it's more money in your pocket.

💰 Now Add Paid Traffic

So now I've got 80 sales, and let's say each sale gives me $25 in instant commission.

I can afford to spend $25 to get one sale. The offer is converting at 10%, which means for every $25 I spend, I can make 2.5 sales — once my traffic costs less than $1.00 per click.

Adspend:$250
Cost Per Click:$1.00
Clicks:250
Sales:25 × $25 = $625
Profit:$375

Even if the offer converts at 5%, I'm still up $62.50.

Of course, the best results here will come from retargeting your existing subscribers or website visitors, people who like your fan page, etc.

Google Ads and YouTube Ads are another quick way to get more traffic to your affiliate offers and make more commission.

The End Result
60 → 105 Sales

Going from 60 sales (email broadcast) to 105 sales (with social media and paid traffic). Of course, you can scale up the paid traffic as much as you want — as long as the offer is converting.
